bizhub Connector for Gmail (MP)

Konica Minolta’s Connector for Gmail app allows users to securely access their email and email attachments right from the MFP. Simply sign into your Gmail account at the MFP and your important emails and attached files are available to print. Through the MFP panel, users can also do the following:

• Search for emails
• View emails
• View email attachments
• Create emails, including searching Google Contacts for recipients
• Scan, preview, change file type, and rename documents
• Send scanned documents by email as attachments and more

Users can even specify scan settings, including resolution, background removal level, OCR language, file format and separate scan. Increase your company’s efficiency and security with the Connector for Gmail app by printing emails right at the MFP.
